Water Analysis

Water Quality Interpretation & Basic System Design

💧

The Water Analysis instrument enables a quick and easy interpretation of water test results, translating raw laboratory data into a clear picture of your water quality challenges and the treatment steps required to address them.

Once parameters are entered, the instrument outputs a basic system design tailored to the specific contaminant profile — covering aeration requirements, oxidation staging, filtration recommendations, and disinfection strategy.

  • Enter water test results (iron, manganese, pH, turbidity, TDS, bacteria, and more)
  • Instant interpretation of contaminant levels against SANS 241 / WHO thresholds
  • Automated basic system design output based on your water profile
  • Option to send results directly to our engineers for an in-depth report or full system design
  • Ideal for initial site assessments, client consultations, and pre-design feasibility

HydroStat Pro

Hydrostatic Pressure Benchmarking & Booster Specification

📊

HydroStat Pro is a hydrostatic pressure benchmarking instrument designed for water tanks and distribution systems. It calculates the hydrostatic pressure at depth inside a water storage tank and uses this to determine the optimal booster pressure configuration for the NanoJet™ system.

The instrument outputs a suggested pressure quotient — a practical design value that informs the engineer or user exactly what type and rating of booster pump is required to achieve maximum turbulent flow and reactor efficiency within the NanoJet™ array.

  • Input tank geometry, fill level, and NanoJet™ reactor positioning
  • Calculates hydrostatic pressure at depth with precision
  • Outputs a suggested pressure quotient for booster pump specification
  • Identifies the optimal booster type to achieve maximum turbulent aeration
  • Ensures NanoJet™ reactor efficiency is maximised for iron/manganese oxidation and degassing
  • Supports multiple tank configurations: vertical, horizontal, and underground reservoirs

Ozone Sizer

Ozone Generator Sizing for Oxidation Treatment

🧪

The Ozone Sizer is a specialised engineering instrument that calculates the correct ozone generation output required to efficiently oxidise iron, manganese, and other contaminants in borehole and groundwater systems.

Unlike generic ozone sizing calculators, the Ozone Sizer accounts for the full contaminant matrix — including the interaction between manganese concentration and iron content, which critically affects the ozone demand — and produces a reliable output for accurate generator specification.

  • Input: pH, flow rate, water temperature, iron concentration
  • Input: manganese concentration relative to iron content (Mn:Fe ratio)
  • Input: hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) levels and organic content (TOC/COD estimate)
  • Calculates total ozone demand across all contaminant fractions
  • Outputs suggested ozone generation rate (g/hr) for correct generator selection
  • Helps specify the right ozone generator to extract different concentration levels of iron, manganese, H₂S, and organics
  • Supports pre-filter ozone injection as well as NanoJet™ assisted ozone dissolution
